The new FDI Moot Competition explores the increasingly important phenomenon of investor-State arbitration, offering students from all over the world an introduction to practice in this field. It also creates a networking opportunity for prominent scholars and practicing experts, law firms and governmental agencies, international organizations and future professionals ¨C students. In order to facilitate this, it is planned to organize meetings and symposia in conjunction with the FDI Competition each year. CIETAC has granted endorsement to the FDI Moot upon invitation to support the development of arbitration in the modern world.
