The new Financial Disputes Arbitration Rules will Come into Force 

on May 1st, 2005.

 
    CIETAC amended its Financial Disputes Arbitration Rules in accordance with the New Arbitration Rules. The New Financial Disputes Arbitration Rules has been adopted by China Commission for the Promoter of International Commerce/China Chamber of International Commerce, and will come into force as from May 1st, 2005.
